In this unit apart from some popular and useful methods, I have learned especially about the latest trends like ESA method, which seems to cover all the methods used in past years. I have studied the phases of ESA method. Now I know clearly about the importance of attracting the students first. Then in study phase the teacher and the students are flexible in the process of studying the day's lesson. Pair or group work is essential, so that the teacher can monitor them on the spot, and last but not least I learned that correction is important alongside of praising the students and the correction time and place is also important.
