In this unit it helps deal with the areas of stress, rhythm, and intonation, as well as concentrating on the International Phonetic Alphabet and it's use in helping students to come to an understanding of the pronunciation of english. In the classroom there should be time given to pronunciation, stress, and intonation practice so as to make students aware of the importance of accuracy and clarity of communication.
