Teachers may face some unpredictable problems in a class, but there are some common problems we can predict. First of all, establishing rapport between students is very important, especially you don't know each other.Secondly, a good warm up is essential. Try to get the students interested in the topic and involved. Sometimes, the different level students may in the same class and teachers can let the stronger help the weaker. Lastly, try not to speak any language except for English. Always encourage them to use the language they gained.This was a difficult unit. The first video was so rough to watch, but I understood the point of the lesson. I truly felt poorly for the students and I had a very harsh feeling for the teacher. He certainly did he acting job well. As a viewer, I could feel the disaffected students struggling to try to engage in the class but could not. I also saw where my need speak slowly and clearly as a teacher is so very important. I thank the students that had to struggle through the videos, and thank the teacher for teaching a very good point.
