It's a good exposition of teacher roles and how to each role can be employed in the classroom. There are good descriptions of student motivations and how to meet students at their needs, as a teacher, depending on their motivations. There are also good lists of qualities that make good students and teachers as well.
I think from this unit I've learned the technical terms for certain teacher roles.
