This unit dealt with ways of assessing students' language level and the include Evaluation by the students, Tests, and Tutorials. Evaluation by the students is done by using a questionnaire or guided discussion to highlight areas for improvement in future lesson. Tutorials can be done on a group level or whole class level to review nor revise and work on problem areas of lesson. Tests come in various forms for various reason (diagnostic, progress, placement, and practice tests). Tests generally help the teacher to identify students' weakness, know students' language level, and also encourages students to review and revise.
