Unit 15 Evaluation and Testing describes the various types of tests teachers give to their students in order to assess the students language level. Placement tests, progress tests, diagnostic tests, practice tests and external examinations are all examples of such tests. All of these tests are given to the students at different stages in the courses being taught.
