I have gained knowledge of the different external assessments that may be done and how different learners would require a different type of assessment. For example, someone who was new to the country would require a different type of qualification to someone who was looking to work in business. I have learned that there are certificates which non-native students are required to have before entering university courses. This has made me much more aware of the different types of people who may want to learn English and the different requirements of their courses.
