The unit explains that students can be divided into several categories: beginners, individuals, young learners, business English, and multilingual/monolingual classes. Beginners can be divided into subgroups of absolute and false, young and adult, and those without a Roman alphabet. It is explained in the unit how to go about teaching different groups of students and what are advantages and disadvantages of working with them. I consider this unit a great contribution to my knowledge of class organization as it is vitally important to be able to evaluate students? abilities and understand their specialties and needs to provide an outstanding teaching service.
