I found this chapter very useful and with a lot of information. I need to restudy or read this chapter several times to be able to use all the suggestions. This times of tests are confusing but I believe that with practice I will get the hang of them. Also the situations to consider before creating a group. I presently work out of my home and offer private classes to my students, I have several groups but it is never easy to form these groups, because groups formed by ages do not necessarily have the same level of English. The planning to the syllabus is still the most complicated part for me and I just need to keep practicing and learning to design them correctly.
