I would imagine that this unit is, for many students, the most important one, as it helps frame the act of teaching in the context of its dynamicism; a classroom never runs exactly as planned. As an educator, I very much appreciate you drawing attention to troubleshooting, because that is what I feel like I am doing everyday. I also appreciate the emphasis you have placed on developing a rapport with students and making them at ease because I have many colleagues who subscribe to the \"don't smile until November\" philosophy of teaching and I think that it is a disservice to students and the profession. So thank you for having a progressive attitude about teaching.
