In this final unit, we were given a broad overview of some of the common problems we might face when starting our careers as a teacher and given advice on common solutions to these problems. Starting from how to begin from the first lesson, establishing a rapport and learning individual student's needs, we moved on to how to effectively \"warm up\" the class and get them thinking in English. Following on from that was dealing with classes with students of differing ability, dealing with large classes, reason students might use their native language instead of English in class and finally how to help reluctant students and problems with understanding listening tasks.
