From this unit, I have learned different ways of dealing with different problems in class. In class, we always meet reluctant students, however we should not criticize them but use some activities in class. We can use plenty of pairwork, controlled practice, role play and a tape recorder to help the reluctant students.hello, I have learned a lot and I am so happy.
