This chapter gave me a lot more insight in determining the level of my students and how to measure there progress and the effectiveness of my teachings. I understand that these factors are very important and I'll take them very seriously when I start teaching my own classes. I feel like I'm getting the whole picture of the teaching process now.This unit is about troubleshooting common problems situation. I have learnt that it is easier to deal with existing groups than with new groups because with the new groups a ESL teacher must build a rapport while with existing groups building rapport isn't that necessary because each members know each other and are compfortable with each other.
