It is very important to have lesson plans. As teachers, we do not want to be unprepared. As we are writing the lesson plans, we need to consider many different factors to include the topic that needs to be taught, the level of the students, and the flow of the class. We need to ensure that the class room is properly prepared and ready to go.I learned more about the type of examinations students take to gauge their progress in classes. Unfortunately in my job, I have no control over the grading and progress system of the classes. I sometimes give mini-speech tests. My school is concerned with writing and reading rather than speaking. I think their grading system should be reformed.
