I learnt the fundamentals of establishing rapport, letting students correct each other, using pair work often and personalising activities to allow students to learn more effectively. I also learnt about the dominant position of the teacher, the outlined dynamics and appropriate set up for an effective class. I have learnt allot from this unitIn this unit, problems that might come up in the classroom were discussed. Obviously, it's impossible to cover every conceivable problem, while some problems that sometimes occur might even be inconceivable. Nevertheless, I feel the unit covered most of the usual problems new teachers might run into. Overall I found this unit to be satisfactory.
