Motivation in the Learning processThe teaching process opens a window to the knowledge of the source of non-motivation and motivation mechanisms, where, curiosity is a fundamental element in the teaching-learning process, when you awake it, curiosity, contributes to the students? motivation in the searching of knowledge. Motivation in the classroom can?t rely only on the aids or means that can facilitate the teaching. Motivation depends on how much the teacher is contributing to evoke the students? interest. The subject has a motivator value but the context that it will be taught has its influence as well. Motivation can be also understood as a process or product. Product as motivation comes from ideas, various activities and theories. Motivation understood as process, means going step by step, this process is done comprehending the internal and external of our students. The motivation and learning process are in touch with social, political, familiar and cultural backgrounds. It is here that a complete educational process will go deeply to find the sources of the students? results, motivations and behaviors in the classroom. If we follow this process of understanding the educational process as an integral process, teachers will reflect that each individual presents one specific reality, each individual deserves special attention and why not, special teaching manners. The motivation goes beyond the techniques and lesson plans, it moves around the school environment, in classroom and outside classroom, how the teachers relate to each other and with the students. Very often teachers prioritize the discipline and can succeed with it, even though, having the complete dominium of the classroom and the subject doesn?t reflect the learning of the students. Motivation presents itself as a dynamic aspect of action: is what brings the subject to act, is what makes the subject to act. Therefore, motivation is a process that moves the organism to action, with basis on the relation established with the environment, the need and the object of the satisfaction. One motivation?s virtue is to improve the attention and concentration. In this way, we can affirm that motivation is the power that moves the subject to do activities. When motivated the person wants to do something and can be able to sustain the efforts needed during the required time to achieve the objective proposed. The teacher?s task is to identify and take opportunity of what attracts the students, what they like, and give special attention to their interests. Motivate becomes, also, an effort how to attract, how to get attention, how to enchant, how to ?seduce? the students, using these elements to join them in the learning process. The student has to be challenged, creating the desire to learn and one way to create this interest, this desire is giving to the student the possibility to discover and developing in the students the attitude towards investigation. This attitude will guarantee the desire to know, the desire to know always more and more. Teacher?s availability to the students, the respect and affection showed in the relationship, the teacher?s capacity to be welcomed and positive. All this elements can help in discovering what attracts the student. Only if teachers are capable to understand the students? world and motivations, they can improve and help the students to get the best during the learning process. Motivations are the basis for the learning. Without motivation is possible to teach. But, with teachers and students motivated the learning process is easier and, for sure, better. The efforts done to know and to motivate students will diminish the efforts that teachers have to do in the classroom when teaching. Be motivated! Your attitudes towards the teaching process will reflect on the students learning attitude.
