Section 19 described in depth the various classrooms that a teacher may wind up instructing. Not only does the chapter list off varied special populations that a teacher may come across, such as children or those intending to learn English for business purposes, but it also makes sure to explain how to best assist these populations in the learning process. What was especially interesting to me was the concept of asking each member of a business English class to fill out a needs inventory to figure what they?d need to glean from this course. I loved that this would not only assist the students but also the teacher so they can better form lessons for their students.
