Unit 10 consisted of 2 video examples of the same ESA lesson. In the first example the teacher was not engaging with the class, did not explain the concept properly and as a result the students did not actively participate or understand the lesson. In the second video the teacher had a great positive attitude and was very enthusiastic, making sure he learnt all the names of the student and was engaging them all in the class. He engaged them with the lesson using their existing knowledge and explained the concept in a clear and easy way. The students were much more interested in the class and they were able to learn the lesson point and utilise it in the activate phase.
