Unit 18 is the last unit covering English grammar. It examines modal auxiliary verbs and the passive voice in detail, as well as identifies relative clauses and phrasal verbs. Regarding the modal auxiliary verbs, basic rules and their uses in present, future and past tense are described, some teaching ideas are given, too. This unit also focuses on the passive voice, including its formation, usage, typical student errors and teaching ideas. At the end of this unit, three categories of clauses and three basic types of phrasal verbs are desbribed. I think that I have absorbed all material written in this unit and I am sure I will be able to explain it well to my students.
