This unit is about what makes a good teacher and a good learner. As was mentioned, a good teacher have good students. A good teacher knows how to lead, observe, encourage and motivate students and is patient and kind. Thereby resulting in students who are motivated, involved in discussions, inquisitive and willing to learn. A good teacher should also be a good organizer like managing how much time it might take to do an activity and most importantly, should be a good role model as more often, the teacher is the only reference that the student have in learning grammar and pronunciation in English. A good teacher must also know how to engage students and make learning fun.
