In this unit, I have learnt that for effective English language learning, students need a teacher who can clearly and abley explain the the various use of tenses and the forms they take in different situations. While this may all sound easy to do, I have learned that students of English need various techniques that can activate their absorption of tenses especially the irregular verbs that need practice to get familiar with. Needless to say, this course unit is a welcome refresher to my language skills.It not only prepares me for the classroom but also creates an awarenes of the errors and mistakes that speakers of the Englsih language are apt to make in day to day life.
