This unit covers everything that is considered present tense, with the aspects of \"simple,\" \"continuous,\" \"perfect,\" and \"perfect continuous.\" I really appreciated the sections that reviewed when to use each aspect, since for native speakers we instinctively choose the correct one in natural speech or writing. It also shows how confusing this could potentially be for students learning the language, since the rules are very nuanced and subtly different. I also forgot how many participles are irregular. Finally, I really appreciated the list of potential activities to implement in the Activate portion of our lesson. I will definitely keep those handy for the future!
