Interesting seeing the two classes back to back to see the different reactions from the students. Immediately in the second video the teacher?s upbeat start engaged the students more. The first video was tough to watch as to how uninspiring it was with at time I couldn?t understand the teacher. A more sincere teaching style that shows the students you care for their learning?s will get them involved more. Witnessing the ESA teaching style was helpful too. I enjoyed watching this in action, as I don?t have the advantage to see this in person. This approach slowly got the students involved and kept them engaged as the difficulty in the lesson increased.
