Lesson planning is not to be used a rigid way of teaching students. The lesson should consist of specific tailer made discussions and activities that allow for the most learning to occer. For instance, a student that is taught grammer will lose interest and become distracted easily if there is not a flexible approach to the lesson plan. One situation could be that the student isn't shown variety and the TTT is high. Another reason could be if the lesson seems to be recited, then the student will feel like he/she is going through the motions. It is important to be willing to spend more time in a phase where the students seem to be enjoying and learning the material quickly.
