I really enjoyed reading this unit. Many of the topics mentioned in the unit are very valuable to helping us be great teachers. I liked that the unit went over the advantages and disadvantages of grouping. I personally feel that pair work is the most beneficial. If the students works with a partner, they will be able to practice their English and get to learn the material with their peer. I also like that the teacher is able to monitor the class to see which group needs more hands on time. Another section in the unit I found beneficial is on building a rapport. The unit gave great tips to help us develop it such as give clear instructions, show your interest and just smile!
