What I've learned from this unit is what are the traits that make a good teacher and what traits a good student will have which is both extremely beneficial to be aware of when I'll be teaching a class. I've also learned the levels of difficulties that students can be on and how to approach them without humiliating them, instead approaching them in ways that will slowly but surely build their confidence. Overall I consider one of the most important lessons I've learned from this unit is what would really motivate a student to learn English, because understanding their motivation will not only grab their attention but also it will encourage the student to improve themselves.
