When watching the first video, I was frustrated with the teacher as he came off forceful and unpleasant to the students. He criticized and was not supportive of the students learning. He was also disorganized and constantly repeated himself when clearly the students were not grasping the concept expecting them to do so. The teacher also spent most of the time talking and so there was little STT. However in the second video, the teacher was more engaging and more positive. He used simpler language and slowed his pace down. He included more drills allowing for students to get involved more allowing for an increase in STT and lower TTT.
