This unit provided all of the necessary information to successfully create and carry out a well organized yet flexible lesson plan. There is a wealth of things to think about when creating a lesson plan. Something I never thought about previously was having personal aims in a lesson plan. I think it's also important to note that while I do have classroom experience and agree that a rigid structure and too much planning is counter productive, I don't feel as if I have enough experience yet to go without the aid of lesson plan. This unit was incredibly helpful in giving me the tools and a few ideas of how to plan a lesson of my own.
