I really liked to re-learn the different kind of tests that we must do in the classroom. Personally, I like to start my classes asking students what they would like to learn and how they would like to learn, that way I feel confident to fulfilled their needs and that I kind of create a map-syllabus that will help them at work and increasing their vocabulary. Also, understanding how to use different tests its something I still try to manage by analyzing my students constantly, I teach at elementary school and they love to interview each other and that gives them courage to speak the language as well as confidence they can do it! thanks
