this section is about teaching special groups. It covers teaching young children, individual teaching, teaching business English, Beginning English, as well as monolingual and multilingual classes. This section gives many dos and don'ts for each group and how to approach teaching these special groups. Currently I teach young children, so it was really helpful learning about teaching business English. Especially things like referring to learners as clients and not students, dressing the part and using a needs analysis. It also comforting to know that I don't have to be an expert in their field to teach them English for their business.
