This unit was a great refresher on parts of speech. I clearly outlined the parts of speech you find in English sentences, and by using examples, explained clearly how each rule can be applied when constructing a sentence. This unit referenced future units, a number of times, but I felt it gave a good foundation for the units to come, in terms of clarifying what the basic building blocks of the English language are, and how the relate to one another. I also enjoyed the insight into which things students frequently struggle with, and ways you may be able to approach the topic, in a manner which will make it easier for them to understand.
