It is crucial for a good teacher to know and further classify the students according to their levels of ability in the English language. This classification helps us to select the most appropriate one among 'Straight Arrow' ESA lesson, 'Boomerang' ESA lesson and 'Patchwork' ESA lesson. Students might get too confident and unwilling to improve themselves. Therefore, teachers should be mindful of how and when they praise so that it would not become ineffective.
