There are two productive technologies. One is speaking and one is writing. Speaking should be more fluent than writing. You have to be fluent because you have to think and speak at a fast pace. Writing is more accurate than speaking. The teacher must invite students to engage in dialogue and writing. Failure to do so will not affect student achievement. If students do not see the point in their activities, they will not be able to participate. About the difference between accuracy and fluency Accuracy is more focused on the reproduction of sentences. This is a more important skill for writing. It is important that you use exact capitalization, lowercase punctuation, and so on. Accuracy and fluency are equally important. The fluency is that you can use it better, faster and more accurately. Rather than focusing on accuracy, I focus on how well I can use it. Fluency is a more important skill in speaking. It allows you to see how much creativity you have in your language. The teacher should encourage students to speak. Students are reluctant to speak in class for a variety of reasons. Lack of confidence, pressure on peer groups, and so on. The teacher should motivate children to participate in interesting topics. The teacher should help students to interact with each other. Role play group activities, and so on. How to practice speaking more creatively. Set goals before class. Think about the problems that occur there and think about ways to respond in advance. Prepare the materials in advance and have the children play group play, role play, etc. in pairs. Monitor student activities. Look at what is effective and give feedback.
