Using aids to keep the students attention is a very important part of teaching. But over using one ore two or even using all of them in one lesson can be overwhelming and it will not be effective after a while. I would however also like to ad a radio to a classroom or let the student listen to English talk radio online.This was a very difficult unit to understand and I had trouble understanding the usage of modals, phrasal, and clauses. I felt that of course, since I haven't been exposed to this in nearly 45 years, I struggled to comprehend the use and consequently, memorize the important aspects of the lesson to prepare for the test.
