Before planning any lessons a teacher has to test students' level of English and analyze their needs. The lesson plan will be based on those results. In planning the course a teacher has to reserve 3 hours for introduction, testing, and flexibility.Unit 15 focuses on tests which is important for teachers to evaluate their students and which level they are going to teach. Also it contains the external tests which could student take to examine their level, for any purpose and from many centers.I didn't put much thought into seating arrangements and grouping of students. I see now the pros and the cons of the different kinds and I'm glad that I know these details now. Knowing these details will help me teach more efficiently in the future.
