The unit 10 videos were very helpful. I liked that video one showed us how the teacher should not be and video two showed us how to be. I did not like how the teacher disregarded a student in the first video simply because he did not understand the student. He should have listened more closely and respectfully asked the student to repeat their answer. I also did not like how unpleasant his attitude was. If the teacher does not have a positive attitude then the students are not likely to participate. This is clearly shown when you watch the teacher in video two. Right from the start the teacher was very positive. He introduced himself and got to know the students by asking each of them their names. I also liked that he gave them positive reinforcement and did not just say ?no?. I also liked that in video two the teacher provided visuals to help the students accomplish the task that he set for them.
