In this lesson I learned the importance of lesson planning and how to run a smooth lesson. This way the students and teachers can interact and learn to the best of their abilities. First of all when writing a lesson plan there are three important functions they are an aid to planning, a working document, and a record. This way you will have you lessons plans organized and recorded. This is a great way to keep track of the students progress as they advance in learning. Also its an easy way of having a record just in case if the teacher isn't there, there will be a back up. When planning a lesson there are a few things that need to be addressed for example learner objectives, personal aims, and language point, ect. That way its easier for the teachers to monitor the lessons and watch individual students progress as they go on. As well it helps the teacher be flexible with their lessons and reaching their students learning potentials.
