In lesson one, the teacher made the students felt discouraged and unmotivated to learn. The teacher was very boring in class because he wasn?t engaging the students. The teacher handled incorrect answers from the students very harsh and this discouraged them from volunteering on their own. At the end of the lesson, the lesson seem confusing and frustrating with how the lesson was taught. Lesson two was the opposite of lesson one. Lesson two was definitely more effective than lesson one for several reasons. First of all, lesson two was clearly more structured and well-prepared than lesson one. The teacher was more engaging and encouraging in lesson two while in lesson one. In lesson two, there were clear instructions before every activity, which were definitely lacking in lesson one. In addition, the teacher made an effort to learn and use his students? names. Body language were also utilized which made it more interesting.
