I feel this unit is important because it points out the purpose of good lesson planning. A lesson plan does not have to be stiff and rigid. Instead, the teacher must customise it in ways that are best suited for the students. A good lesson plan must be well carried out and should be informative but it does not have to be boring.This is an interesting grammar rule that I never really heard too much about before, even though I am an English major studying grammar. It will be interesting to teach my students at my school's writing center about the zero, first, second, third, and mixed conditionals. It could also be an interesting lesson if I teach abroad.
