The use of videos in this unit graphically illustrated some of the serious flaws of teachers in classroom management. Students acted appropriately in terms of showing us how badly or well a lesson can go. The high motivation during the second lesson showed how much a teacher plays a role in creating the ideal learning environment.To sum up,this unit is very interesting and helpful, it's very fresh for me to learn by these two videos to compare the real classes. These two videos makes me clearly noticed how important of teachers attitude and behavior, I should speak more slowly in the future. I think Straight Arrow teaching plan is very useful for teaching.
