This unit explains how lesson planning is important during teaching. Writing lesson plans helps aid planning, helps keep you on target and gives you something to refer to during a lesson, and also keeps a record of what the students learn each lesson. Lesson planning should aim on what wants to be taught in that particular lesson.Being able to present classes effectively for different groups is an invaluable skill. It was necessary for me to gain the insight that one does not always need to have specific knowledge of business related fields and that it takes great dedication of the students to attend classes even if they may have had busy and tiring days.
