This section is the unit that I am most concerned about. I worry about being able to be creative enough to make lesson plans that are interesting enough to keep the students engaged and still get the job done. I am pretty sure there are lots and lots of online resources and ideas to help me in the beginning until I figure things out.In unit 5 \" Managing classes\" I emphasized a lot of useful information for managing my future ESL class. There are methods that would help teacher establish rapport within a class. As well as methods to prevent problem behaviors and respond to a behavior problems. Also within this unit I reviewed teacher position during the lesson.
