I found the Can Do document to be very informative as it would allow me to structure the syllabus around real world situations that could meet most common uses of English.This is the best lesson on teaching methods by a mile. I found the patchwork method fascinating because I think it connects the teacher closely to his or her students. The activities mentioned for each stage of lesson are plenty and I am looking forward to seeing the effects in my classroom.This unit deals with grammar usage of Past Tense. As a student learning English since Primary Schools, I did not take notice of the differences of the Past SImple, Past Continuous, Past Perfect and Past Perfect Continuous. This unit really is a revisit to the world of past tense once again.
