Unit 20 was the last unit in this course and dealt with some of the most common problem situations that teachers can encounter in the classroom, as well as how to deal with them. I have learned from this unit that it is necessary to establish rapport between the students themselves and between the students and the teacher. The idea of using pass the ball, is an idea I like very much and which I think would be fun. The suggestions given in this unit on how to deal with a group where the students are at varying levels, large classes and students who use their native language, were all very helpful and insightful and I will definitely use the suggestions if faced with similar situations.
