Learning about class behavior is interesting, reason and preventing problems is challenging. Maintaining discipline has a large of numbers and factors are important for the teacher as this is always the issue in school or any other learning establishment. I learnt about the eye contact gesture and voice as I don't think its necessaries while teaching.Establishing rapport practical ways and class spirit has so much factor for the teacher student and I learnt a lot about the approach. Responding to problem are very useful for the children with a personal problems. The classroom Management taught a lot and very helpful for the teacher and student.
