I?ve made a lot of teaching plans before, so didn?t read anything new. Nowadays I prefer to make powerpoints for my classes. It?s a helpful way of thinking about what I?m going to do during class and the students seem to like the powerpoints. Of course I adapt the powerpoints for different classes and always keep them up to date. And my powerpoints are just one of the teaching aids I use. I also often write on the blackboard, just like I use many other teaching aids. But I?m guessing that the pros and cons of different teaching aids will come up in another unit. Anyway, nowadays I use my powerpoints as a teaching plan.
