This unit provides a great overview of resources and materials teachers can use inside the classroom, as well as some tips for classroom management. Much of the stuff about materials is just reinforcing the lessons in your primary TEFL course, so a lot of that I was already familiar with. The section on textbooks provided some good insights. For example, I was unaware that textbooks were fairly uniform internationally. I would have thought they at least catered to the challenges of a few major markets. Also, the classroom management stuff is always helpful. I have seen veteran teachers who could use some refreshers in that aspect of their trade.
