Having a background with those help job seekers like me for example to become prepared and employable in the eyes of the employer. It also helps us to have a background with regards to the important details that we should include in our CV/resume as well as cover letter. Aside from that, this unit also gives information about the different websites where we can look for a job or join into an organization which will also contribute to our professional development as educators. Moreover, in its last topic it also discusses the things that we should take into consideration as we teach young learners depending on their age level. It concludes that varied strategies should be applied in the actual teaching considering the age, level and interest of our students. Therefore, to sum it up; all of the information discussed in this unit covers everything about becoming a professional not only in the eyes of our employer but also into the eyes of our students as we teach them and as they experience actual learning.
