An important part to consider for all teaching is groups. I expect that to be a big if not the only way I would be teaching English here. Its important to know the dynamics, and especially what I liked particularly is the Needs Analysis that is performed. A great idea to accomplish to gain an understanding of where everyone is in these business classes.From this unit, I have learned very well how to teach the productive skills (speaking and writing) to the students. So, I know the important factors such as how to make to improve speaking skills in the class, how to encourage students to speak, etc. After learning this unit, I feel I got a lot of knowledge to teach the students about speaking and writing.
