This unit covered unique needs faced when teaching special groups such as beginners, children, and business people. I plan to teach children, and one of the areas I find most intimidating is classroom management and discipline, so I appreciated the reminder of important management techniques, like dealing with attention seeking, peer pressure, and boredom.I have learned what kind of test and examinations to give to my students, how to mark them, the different kind of teaching levels students have and how to determine that. Moreover, I got to understand how to evaluate their performance and what to do in order to push them to achieve more and succeed even more in higher levels and also in the business field.
